I founded Cumbia to share my own experience, and those from other professionals, that can be helpful to support the change process of organizations.
My professional path intersects with the initial path of a start-up born in 2007. A start-up that grew to be a multinational group in the renewable energy sector. That’s a truly radical change, isn’t it?
Having a central role in this growth I learned how to pragmatically design an organization whose framework allows to foster people’s autonomy, reach goals, and unleash collective performance. It became clear to me that starting from a strong purpose and clear company values has a positive impact on all the company’s stakeholders.
We all want to wake up in the morning and feel happy about going to work — feeling we are doing our part, expressing ourselves freely and sharing a common goal that has an impact beyond ourselves. When we are engaged, we perform better. It’s clear.
